    Are you ready to push your limits and train like a Hyrox athlete? Our Hyrox Group Class is designed to build strength, endurance, and race-specific skills to help you dominate your next competition—or simply take your fitness to the next level.

    Each session includes a combination of functional strength training, high-intensity intervals, and race simulations, ensuring you develop the power, speed, and stamina required for Hyrox success. Whether you’re preparing for your first event or looking to set a new personal best, this class will challenge and motivate you in a supportive, high-energy environment.

    What to Expect:

    ✅ A mix of running, sled work, rowing, burpees, and more

    ✅ Scalable workouts for all fitness levels

    Join the community on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 6pm as well as Thursdays and Fridays at 12:15pm.

    Our MetCon (Metabolic Conditioning) classes are high-energy, small-group sessions designed to help you build strength, improve your fitness, and move better — without compromising form, safety, or recovery.


    It’s a blend of strength training, cardio, and functional movement — delivered in a focused, time-efficient format. You’ll lift, move, and sweat with purpose, using smart programming that challenges you without breaking you.

    Every workout is scalable to your level — whether you’re new to training, getting back into it, or looking to push a bit further.

    You’ll be supported by expert coaches who know how to keep things safe, effective, and personalised — even in a group setting.
